Complaints Procedure
Your satisfaction is of great importance to me. If you have a complaint, I would like to know about it and am willing to work together with you to find a solution. If we are unable to resolve it together or if you wish to file the complaint with the professional association, there are steps we can follow.
My professional association, NVKH, is affiliated with the umbrella organization RBCZ, which has its own disciplinary board, TCZ. Additionally, NVKH members are collectively affiliated with the disputes committee Quasir, recognized by the Ministry of Health.
If you have a complaint, you can contact the independent complaints officer of Quasir for support. For more detailed information, we refer you to www.quasir.nl. Your complaint will be taken seriously, and we strive to reach a satisfactory resolution together.
